We use your information to verify enrollment eligibility, provide and improve the platform, track learning progress, issue certificates, send transactional emails, and share progress reports with your affiliated organization’s authorized administrators. Course content may be sent to OpenAI to generate quiz questions. We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with your organization’s authorized administrators, trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements, and where required by law.
We retain data while your account is active. We use TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. To request account deletion, contact us at info@shoreless.ai.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
